Its a question of synergy.
The Lootaz will sit over there giving fire support, while the rest of the army is approaching the enemy.
I'd replace them by a battle tank with some Boyz to shield the advance of your army.

Against Nids, it would be better to avoid the Gaunts (i.e., a prolonged melee with them), shoot the Genestealers, and kill quickly the Hive Minds.
You have the mobility to take on the Hive Minds. The Lootas can kill the Warriors and Raveners, while the Trukk Boyz should be able to charge the (guarded) Hive Tyrants.
Against Space Wolves, the Lootas should be able to destroy their vehicles and the Storm and Trukk Boyz should be able to kill the passengers.
Good luck!

I'd drop the shooty fraction of your army and add a Battlewaggon with Boyz,
which is vital for the survivability of the Trukks.
Imagine, part of your army is sitting at the other side of the board while the Trukk Boyz approach the enemy front ranks.

I will tend to reiterate what has been said. The best way to provide fire support for a KoS army is to have Battlewagons and death koptas. This way you will have highly mobile (and not all that frail) fire power that can support your advance to your enemies lines.
