hi, today i play tournament vs, nids and space wolfs, i use almost all my models, the list is:

Stormboss - I like your list which has a good balance of shooting and assault. Just a couple of ideas - you are playing against very good assault armies, probably better than orks. I might change at least one of your slugga boyz into shoota boyz to give you better versatility.

With your trukks you should be able to out maneuver your opponent (for the most part). You might try to do a contrary strategy to what orks usually do. Let the opponent run to you. With your 2 squads of lootas and 2 SAGS, you actually might be able to out shoot your opponent. Dictate by placement of your big guns how he is going to advance to you and you decide when assault will occur and with how many of your squads.

Should be bloody and a lot of fun, please let us know how it goes. One other thing I was thinking.. I like the two SAGs especially against the armies you are playing against. The thing I don't like about the SAG is the unpredictability, so I was wondering if a KFF Big Mek might be able to help the survivabiity of the lootas and your trukks in turn 1. I wouldn't change your army (except for the shoota squad exchange) but I'm interested to see if a KFF would have helped.

You've got the hitting power where it counts and you have the proper upgrades in most of you units.

What I don't like about the list is that there is no escort for the Trukks. They are just going to be running up the board hoping that they won't be shot before they get to their destination. Lootas in this type of list I have never liked. Sure they they are a solid fire base but there is no way to protect them from either assault or shooting.

Also the fact they you have an assault based army with not hammer. Get a Warboss on a bike with a power claw. With him running up next to the Trukks you have a S10 T6 A6 monster that will eat anything it gets in combat with.

I would ditch the Lootas and the big mekks and get 2 Battle Wagons and a Warboss on a bike to provide support for the bulk of you list.

i lose the game agains nids, he got big bugs with 2+ save and shooting fexes, all my orks died, mission was cleanse omega, i made new list:
