Against one of your lists, I'd take
1 Chaos Sorcerer on bike with lash, and 3x2 Obliterators.
The Sorcerer can move around your Guardians, Rangers or the Wraithlord,
while the Obliterators can take down the Wraithlord, or stun/shake the Falcons.
Daemons would be good to take on the Guardians as they are fearless.
