I've done a detailed review of the Drop Podcast, a Games Workshop focused bi weekly podcast.
A lot of people tried the show and did not like it due to some issues with the hosts and the format, and they seem to have made a real effort to correct some of their shortcomings.
You can find the full review here.

always happy to hear any feedback on my reviews.
Thanks

i will have to give it another try. i listened to the first few episodes and didn't really like it. too many people cackling and poor audio levels are a sure way to turn off listeners.

When I'm in power, here's how I'm gonna put the country back on its feet. I'm going to put sterilizing agents in the following products: Sunny Delight, Mountain Dew, and Thick-Crust Pizza. Only the 'tardiest of the 'tards like the thick crust. |

I didn't like it because it seemed like they didn't know what they were talking about rules wise and the "army list advice" they gave on Orks was pretty poor, IMO.

I can’t disagree with you too much on that voodoo. I would not go to the show for high level expert advice ( I think the show Russ is working on "D6 Generation", may evolve into that if they stick with it)
I find it entertaining and interseting and a good dose of GW talk during my long drives. I do think it has improved greatly from what it was last year, and I give them a lot of credit for the effort involved. Still hard core dakkaites may find it as redundant content on the news, and not hard core enough on the advice.
I hope that came across in my review, but I would still recommend it for people who are fans of both podcasts and GW.
