I've gotten several new pieces finished. Here's a peek:
I'm on a roll when it comes to the sci-fi stuff, but I am not currently in a sci-fi game. Despite this, I'd like to complete a sizeable set of interlocking catwalks and buildings.

Is that a Furby on the table in the background of the second pic? I thought those were banned by all beings with the ability to speak... :-) Just kidding.
Is the sci-fi terrain also from a Hirst Arts mold?

Yes, it is a Furby--good eye. Damn, that thing is hateful though. My gaming table is located in the shared rec-room I have with the kids and wife.
Yes, the terrain uses a variety of Hirst Arts molds.

Nice terrain! I've thought about Hirst Arts molds, how easy are they to use?

I fixed the pic size to make it more easily viewable.
I think the HA molds are super-easy to use. I use Merlin's Magic plaster, which is mixed with water to a 3:1 ratio on a digital scale. Pour in the mold, scrape with a paint scraper five minutes later. Wait half an hour and you've got blocks. If you can assemble legos, you can probably handle stacking blocks (I actually use legos as a "frame" to make exact corners). Then I prime them with cheap black paint and paint with housepaint. Easy as pie.
