KILL! MAIM! BURN! KILL! MAIM! BURN! I... I mean... For the Emperor?..

Right, so basically, i need some help with tactics for my new and possibly but probably not improved SM army. They're a chapter of my own design using the Chapter Trait Rules in the latest SM Dex.
I've been playing Eldar previously with a focus on shooty shooty, so how do i go about getting to business, and what should i look out for the most?

But first of course, you need to get to know my army.
It consist of 2 chaplains, 1 jetting around with an assault squad, the other one slogging. Both are geared heavily for close quarters and have furious charge. In fact, all my infantry units due thanks to the option to take Furious Charge for all infantry and assault squads that comes with the No Mercy, No Respite trait.
Then there's some scouts with a homing beacon, ready to infiltrate and then call in 10 stark raving mad assault terminators.
A beefed up assault squad with 10 men, a vet sarge with power wep and a couple of marines with plas. The rest are good old Furious Charge nutjobs.
3 Rhino mounted tac squads with flamer and 2 meltaguns each. This is owing to the Cleanse and Purify trait.
A 6 man Devastator squad in a Razorback with complementary twin-linked las. 4 Lascannons (for knocking AV 14 boffins outa the fight for good
Another group of Assault marines on foot. Same kit as first group.
Dreadnought with Heavy Flamer, AC and Extra Armour.

Again. Who and what should i be on the lookout for and what can i throw myself at with impunity?
How do i best utilise my different squads, and should i scratch the scouts and termies and instead up the body count with more devastators and Rhino-borne tacs?

The Ten Commandments of the Space Marine
1. Thou shalt never, ever, ever argue with the Machine Spirit!
2. Thou shalt always remember that the only thing Flamers are sanctioned to cook is Tyranids. Or, lacking these, thine local contingent of Imperial Guardsmen.
3. Thou shalt always stick "Honk if you think i'm Sexy" stickers on the sides of Rhino's carrying Sisters of Battle.
4. Thou shalt, whenever in doubt, hit on the blonde Battle Sister.
5. Thou shalt not slap the most holy of buttocks of thine Sisters the Battle Sisters and utter the blasphemous words "OMG l33t a55!", unless thou wishest to clean the treads of thine Rhino with thine tongue!
6. Thou shallst not use the chainfists of thine holy Terminator brethren as impromptu can openers.
7. Thou may haveth two livers, but thou shallst not therefore drink twice as much.
8. Thou shallst not refer to Sisters of Battle as the Cavalry.
9. Thou shallst on pain of death not paint the heretical words: "Your Farseer is my other ride!" upon thine Rhino!
10. Thou shallst always remember these wise words: Spase Marines are t3h uberz! Hurr!
