Not an April Fool's joke, I've already downloaded it. For those of you who play RockBand (Russ of d6 Generation I'm looking at you), the closing song of Portal, "Still Alive" has been released free for Xbox users today.

Enjoy.

Well, until April 17th. That's what you get for getting a PS3.

I played Rock Band on drums once. That was enough for me.
As a drummer of real drums, I found playing the drums on Rock Band a complete and utter bore.
That said, I enjoy Guitar Hero (and play a bit of real guitar), so I'm sure the guitar and bass parts are fun.
Haven't tried or seen the vocal part yet, and I'm interested to see how that works.

I agree and for the same reasons. I sold the drums when the set was first releases and about covered the cost of the game so I've been happy with not having them. I find the guitar parts to be more fluid then Guitar Hero, generally. I have trouble playing GH now becuase it is so random and a mish mash of multiple guitar parts that I don't find it that much fun. Rock Band is less about trying to make it difficult for difficulties sake by adding in notes and such where none exist. Also the graphics look like piss next to Rock Band and the DL content is more expensive for less. The GH3 Guitar is far better then the RB guitar though.
