Real quick question to people who have the new NQ. But does eButch's feat with fenris mean that if fenris has 3 tokens he can move 8" make a bunch of attacks(since when he makes 1 attack with his weapon he must make another if able) then move 8 more, then more attacks and finally 8 more then more attacks?! Because that just sounds broken as hell...

Actually, your answer lies in the rules for eButcher's feat. Feel the Hate only allows you to move once, so, no. But Berserk does still trigger if Fenris kills something while under the effects of Feel the Hate.

Like anything else, I'd try to utilize all of his abilities so I get the most for his points cost. That means two units of Doom Reavers for sure. After that, I'd look at ways to buff him and his Doom Reavers to get the most out of them. Since they have Spell Ward, that really narrows what affects them and certainly changes which casters can use them the best.

Sorscha - Fog of War buffs their DEF which is very helpful, and who doesn't like chopping up frozen models?
Epic Sorscha - Her feat dramatically increases their damage output against multiwound models, she freezes models (but not as well as her younger self), and Snowblind can protect the Doom Reavers' advance. Overall, though, this one's better at leading Winterguard.
Butcher - His "extra damage die" feat is all he offers these guys.
Epic Butcher - Elite Cadre helps them use terrain to their adavantage. Feel the Hate is probably the best possible feat for Fenris. An extra 8" move and extra attacks (which triggers Berserk) really makes him a killing machine.
Vlad - Signs and Portents increases accuracy and damage. Wind Wall protects them on the advance, though good luck fitting 12 small based models and one large inside of it.
Epic Vlad - Transference is okay, and Blood Legacy is great on Doom Reavers. If only Fenris could use it... *dreams of SPD 11 and 4 MAT 11 16+4d6 attacks with Berserk*
Irusk - His feat is it. 4+ Tough is nice, but I'd rather have...
Epic Irusk - Tough, Martial Discipline, his feat, that one terrain negating spell...this guy is in contention with Epic Butcher for best Doom Reaver caster.
Old Witch - Her feat keeps enemies in place while setting up a charge. Also, you could try your hand at CMD check spam. Cast Trepidation on target enemy unit, and run Doom Reavers up to them. That's 2 CMD checks they have to take. Now run Fenris up to them; that's 2 more. The problem is that non-fearless infantry is the minority nowadays.
Karchev - He brings them nothing besides his own capabilities at knocking things down.
Zerkova - ?????

After selecting my caster, I'd look at what goes good with that caster. For example, let's say I took Epic Butcher as he's arguably the best option for them. Anyways, Orsus likes jacks, so let's give him some. Which ones? Well the list is lacking ranged firepower, so a Destroyer sounds good. And a Spriggan will let the Doom Reavers see through smoke, which is good. I think that's enough. Let's finish it up with some more infantry. Remember that you can be affected by Abomination, so if you take non-fearless units, they'd better not be anywhere near the front lines. Anyways, we're still light on shooting and incorporeal models are a problem for Epic Butcher so let's throw in two mortars and two units of Greylords. Or one unit of Greylords and Aiyana and Holt.

Alternatively, you could go with the (almost) all Advanced Deploy army. Sorscha or Old Witch, Doom Reavers and Fenris (obviously), and whatever else you can find that Advance Deploys. Croe's Cutthroats, Manhunter(s), Yuri, Widowmakers, Gudrun, Ogrun Bokur; Khador has a lot of choices in this department. Kossites work too because of Ambush. Just watch out for Anastasia. She'll hinder this list.

oh my bad i misread feel the hate, I thought you could spend 1 token to move and make attacks more than once. Since it doesn't make it clear you cannot.

Feel the Hate wrote:This turn, Zoktavir gains a rage token for each enemy model destroyed in his control area after using Feel the Hate. After all friendly models have completed their activations, Zoktavir may allocate up to 3 rage tokens to each friendly non-warcaster Khador model in his control area. It takes some time to get used to the way PP phrases their rules, but when they say "one", they mean one. As in, "I can do this once, period" not "I'm going to spend 'one', and now I'm going to spend 'one' again."
