Likely this will become my Treeman Ancient for 2250 and I'll do another less converted one for a normal treeman sometime. Its the stock GW treeman model with dryad bits added and the arms moved around some. Base is from MicroArt studio and has about 1/2" worth of greenstuff sculpting on each leg to make it blend into the model itself. The face is converted using the head piece from a dryad to create the cthulhu-esque look. Painted the same as my other trees.

I like it! Very nice conversion work!

The only suggestions I could make would be to add a second accent color, and maybe to make the eye "glow" a substantially different shade from the green plant growths. It could really just use a bit more contrast.

Great conversion. I agree with Ragnar that it needs a bit more contrast, not only in the color of the glow, but I think a bit more emphasis bringing the viewer to the face would make it a stronger piece overall as well. A few strategically placed washes could probably get this accomplished with little hassle.
