Anyone know anything about the new citadel washes that are coming out?

Are they just inks like before or is it something new that actually works?

I know they come out the around June 14th. Also, I was in GW the other day. I'm really not very good at painting and barely know what to look for. But the red shirt there was painting some Britonians with the washes to show it off and it looked pretty good. He told me the only thing you really need to do is paint them, highlight, do a wash, then highlight again and your done. Seemed too simple an explanation to me though.
