so, here goes:
I'm a big fan of superhero comics. And over the years I bought a lot of Heroclix stuff. I really like the minis and stuff, but there's one problem.

the game sucks! it took me a while to realize it, but it's just not that much fun. It also has some extrem balancing issues. In the games I played with a firend we often came to point when one side basicly one because there wasn't anything left on the other side to damage power-houses like Iron Man or Thor. The clix-bases also look terribly dumb. So I recently reglued a bunch of those minis and it looks quite nice but now I need a system for them.

- a friend of me recently suggested to use battlefield evolution, because with the open gaming system and plenty of expansions. the thing with battlefield is, that it's too much based on squad combat.

- the other things which came to mind where either something based on Warmachine or Star Wars Miniatues, but then there's the problem with balancing the game when I write point cost and stuff myself.

so, anyone got any ideas. do you may know some tabletop system which has ruels for character creation wich would match to 10 editions heroclix minis?

You might try adapting a superhero rpg to the tabletop
Villains and Vigilantes,
GURPS Supers,
Champions,
Marvel Super Heroes(if you can find it),
DC Superheroes RPG by Mayfair games,
Palladium's Heores Unlimited,
Mutants and Masterminds,
Savage Worlds,
Deeds Not Words D20,
Silver Age Sentinels,
Big Eyes Small Mouth,
Fuzion might have a super hero module out there(or not)
etc.

theminiaturespage.com has a forum deciated to superhero gaming. They might be able to help you.

I would second the suggestion for trying out Supersystem 2; I have played it a few times and it is a very enjoyable game. There can be some balancing issues (as any game has) if you're trying to min/max everything, but point limits can help with that. Also, with the character creation rules, you can pretty much build any kind of hero/villain/mercenary you want.

Our group has used the Superfigs minis, GW minis, Warzone, Warmachine, etc. etc. to represent our various superteams. Plus, if you own any scenery, it can be recycled quite nicely for Supersystem (I have a table full or urban ruins scenery... so I figure our superteams are fighting it out in the more affected areas of Paragon City... COH, anyone?)

I believe Saber's Edge (I think it's www.sabersedge.com ) has it as a pdf download for about $15.00...

I recently played a little Star Wars miniatures with my buddy I used to play HeroClix with. It's quite simple, but still has a lot of special rules for for different skills and powers, si I decided that we trry to write some rules based on this ruleset. I'll post them later if anybody's interested.
