I've used it once so far. I got my stuff pretty quickly. So, yes, I can vouch for their reliability.

I do wish they had a larger stock. I'd order from them again if they carried the bits I need. As it is I'm stuck paying more at Warstore simply because that's the only place that carries all the random bits I need for conversions.

I tried to order some bits from them recently.

It took them a week to return my email. I replied within a day and am still waiting for a return email. It's been over a week since my reply email.

Don't expect anything fast there, but that's just my personal experience. Maybe they'll like you more.

I ordered from him once and was statisfied.

My friend ordered a huge $1000 order. He had to wait 4+ weeks to receive a partial order. Emails are quite slow, too. In Bitkingdom's defense. He is trying to do all on his own. I believe he is a bit overwhelmed.

I ordered from him once. My email was replied to in a week, letting me know that less than half of what I requested was available. Despite sending payment through paypall and him confirming the payment, I have yet to receive what I did order. I'm glad that I didn't order a large amount.
