America... Feth Yeah!

I'm building a terrain, and I was wondering how wide I should make a bridge that tanks can drive over?

Well your biggest tank is the baneblade so get the measurements of one of them and figure out how big it needs to be... but for roads and bridges etc i tend to make them wide enough for say two rhinos to pass going either way with a little space... all depends what kind of bridge your going for though i guess

How wide is a rhino then?

If you make your bridge between 3.5 and 4 inches wide it will be wide enough for a rhino with a bit of wiggle room.

The river terrain pieces I've made are only a bit over 6" wide (the river itself, the banks add another 3" to it), so I've only made one bridge, and that's a regular model railway bridge widened to 4 1/2".

Rhinos and infantry can use it. Bigger tanks cross at the fords (areas of shallower depth, marked as big 'stepping stones').

Since in at least one game, the bridge is an objective to be destroyed (with melta charges).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).

Well, another question. I'm looking to make a mountain, what kind a material should I use. I want it sturdy, but I also want to be able to sand and smooth it out. Also, what's a good material for water?
