Hi
I am starting an Ultramarine army and have inherited 30 tyranid hunters space marine models which I am intending to use as the core of an infantry heavy force. I have read the description of them in the back of the codex and I was wondering what you guys think of the hellfire round. It seems pretty impressive especially with the new blast rules for 5th. I know that new codex is due in Oct but I will convert them to vetrens when book comes out or do you think I should just go to that stage straight away.
I tend to play Guard and Necron armies and am thinking a lot of small blast templates wounding on 2+ would be very effective even with scattering.
Any thoughts ?
