Not too long ago I was playing my bits box and randomly sticking things together when I got this brilliant or silly idea for Fantasy.

And now the results.

These are the only two I have assembled and painted. I plan on doing a unit of 20 boys like that. They will count as boys with spears and shields.
The conversions are simple but still rather expensive, so I doubt my whole army will look like that. Just another tribe joining a great WAAAGH!

I'll post more pictures of me making them when I find the time.

Nice idea, I think you should do the squad as more of an elite squad though, maybe ard boyz or something (sorry don't know fantasy rules).
