they have a missile launcher smoke too thats pretty cool

The smoke plumes would look really good on 40k Dreads or Chaos tanks. I'm less hip on the muzzle flashes, though - I can see them being used in dioramas, but less so in a standard army - particularly at $0.55 a pop. I do really like the missile launcher upgrade, though:

Do they have any flamer upgrades like that? I'm looking but can't find any yet.

And while I don't ever have any plans to make a 'Nid army, these would make some pretty awesome bases for one:

Very cool. I haven't paid attention to Armorcast for a while now. I see they LIED to me long ago about all the products they said they were discontinuing since they are all still there. Makes me want to go finish that megacannon emplacement.

You're referring to the muzzle-flashes I assume, right, Stonefox? Although actually, while the smoke plumes might be cool to represent exploding spore mines, they're not much more expensive per model than individual spore mines.

I think they did discontinue a lot of stuff for quite a while. The owners were scaling back quite a bit. Then IIRC they sold the business to Ginfritter (of Ginfritter's Gnomish Workshop and a partner?) The two sites merged and they brought back a lot of the stuff that was previously discontinued.

The muzzle flash and missle launcher ones are cool, but on the smoke stack to a jack it looks weird. It doesn't look like smoke from a steam boiler should, it looks more like the boiler just blew up.

Yeah, I think part of the problem is the paint job. I'd love to see it in grays and whites and see if that makes it look more like steam and less like an burning oil field.

The 'jack smoke just doesn't look smoky enough. It looks like the charcoal on my BBQ. Too solid to be smoke or steam.

JediInTheDark is onto something. Maybe a conversion involving Daemon Prince of Nurgle casting Winds of Chaos?

With regard to the muzzle flashes:

Yeah I'd to the Jack smoke as a Orky konvershun for my battlewagon. As for the muzzle bursts, they would be sweet and I'll probably get some to add some flavor into my boyz squads to break up the green tide of monotony.
