so after selling off most of my chaos to pay some bills i am left with a mish mosh of everything, some nurgle, some khorne, some tzeentch and most of it in disrepair.
my question is what do you guys think i can to do theme this out so i can get a force going? i was thinking of either A, turning them into some sort of undead theme by adding skeleton pieces etc... this would account for the different bodies or B trying to turn it all into some sort of generic chaos theme by cutting off icons and headpieces etc...

any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Or just have em be a warband driven by the spoils of war. That's what the new codex is about most of the time in its basic format.

Or you could turn them into Word Bearers, who love all the Chaos gods.

You already have a theme - Chaos. Chaos is spikes and evil and killing good guys and worshipping bad things - just look in the codex! That is the theme.
