I'm making a Deathwatch Kill Team (10-man squad) from plastic/resin bits and can do the following chapters:

Black Templars
Dark Angels
DYI Techmarine-based chapter
Red Scorpions
Space Wolves
Ultramarines

Am I missing any? Perhaps from the old Rogue Trader days? Any news/rumors about other chapters making into plastic form?

As far as plastics, go, not that I know of, but if you're willing to go metal, there's a few more you can include like White Scars, Imperial/Crimson Fists, Salamanders, etc. Most of the First Founding, I believe. And since you're doing Deathwatch and only need one of each, you should be able to get a selection pretty easily from the trade boards.
