This is my first squad after jumping back on the bandwagon. I've been on a ten year hiatus. Let me know what you think. Thanks.
If you'd like to know how I painted them you can check out my blog. The link is in my sig.

Heya Oni, very nice looking Ultramarines, the highlighting on the blue really pops, I like it. I think my only suggestion is that on the areas of the gun that you painted the bright silver, give it a dab of the new black wash. I think you'll like the results, especially on the ammo clips. Try it out on a spare boltgun, see whatcha think.

They look good. Definitely table top quality if not better. I am suprised that they don't look a bit darker considering the mix that you used in your colors. I have a tip for you on your purity seals. When you go to put script on them cheat. Use a paint pen. They carry them at most art shops and they are really inexpensive. You can get some very cool and detailed looking script with them and you don't need to be as steady as you would with a brush.

Thank you.
I was looking at micron pens, but unfortunately the store I had gone to only had three in the appropriate size. Two of them in a set that I didn't want or need and the third was loose, but the tip was broken off. Fortunately I have other store options, I just haven’t gotten around to it.

I like the use of highlighting; as well the black/boltgun metal bolters. Very nice.

Fair warning on the micron pens.
DO NOT use them straight on paint. You'll clog the pen & ruin it in less than a minute. Literally.
I've ruined... a couple... that way.
I haven't tried it but, from what I hear, you have to seal the mini first. "They" say that keeps the pen from clogging.

As far as I can tell, as long as the paint is dry you shouldn't have a problem with the pen. Wet paint on the other hand would do exactly what you describe.
