okay so I ordered 2 squads of guys a while back, this is what I got.

I'm very sorry for taking so long to contact you. As you may have heard, our
business computer was damaged by lightning and we've been effectively shut
down for two and a half weeks. We're just now getting up and running and
have a back-log of orders and emails to work through.
Unfortunately, we will need to back-order the Infantry Booster Packs for
your order. It will probably take a couple of weeks to get those in. I
apologize for the additional delay. We'll let you know as soon as we get
those in and your order is ready to ship.

four day's later (on the 22nd) I received another e-mail from him saying thanks for the patience etc etc.
I was just curiouse how long should you wait for situations like this? I understand small business problems but when he gave me free shipping and then all this, I"m kind of skeptical.
