GW Does have a store-locator on their website, which locates not just their stores, but independent stores, too. You can go to:
www.games-workshop.com/ gws
Click on "Store Locations" near the top/center of the page.
I visited a friend in Orlando a couple years ago, and went to:
Sci Fi City
6006 East Colonial Drive
Orlando
FL
32807
US
Telephone 407-282-2292
And at that time, they had a pretty impressive GW set-up. Lots of gaming space, etc. But that was 2 years ago, so things could have changed. Would definitely be worth a call, tho.
Good luck!

Just want to Second what Mort said. Sci-Fi city is the absolute best place in Orlando for GW stuff. Believe me, I looked. Long and hard. Never found any place better than Sci-Fi city.
Though, now that I think about it, it's been almost 2 years since I moved... so I guess that could've changed. But I highly doubt it. It's your best bet by far.

Ok so in Orlando you have some places to check out.
Sci fi City is the Largest in the area, and where I play on a regular basis.
There are some smaller stores in the area as well depending on which games you play.
Rhubarb Games in Winter Park is another source, good choice for 40K and Warmachine as well as Flames of War.
Also Cool Stuff Games in Winter Park as well. Although they are mostly CCG, they do sell Warmachine and 40K and WH Fantasy.
Winter Park is north of Orlando off of 436 (Semoran BLVD) Get on Aloma Ave and hear East. Both stores are on Aloma Ave.
There is also a store in Kissimmee, which is south of Orlando. Coliseum of Comics on Main Street in Kissimmee. Again they have a gaming area in the back of the store for 40K, Fantasy and Warmachine. They have a good line of games including 40K, Fantasy and Warmachine.
If you are in Orlando on a Saturday Sci Fi City has open games for 40K and Warmachine on Saturday.
Have fun on your visit.

Rhubarb games has an active 40K community along with some custom made tables as the store is also a terrain company.
This is of course my own biased view and if you want to, ask Blackmoor who has played in the Orlando area before he had to move. He would give you a pretty good objective view on Rhubarb, Sci-Fi, and Coliseum of comics.

I'm guessing Enterprise is no longer around. It used be next to the old Naval training center.

Yes, Sci Fi City used to be Enterprise 1701. Started in Longwood Fla a long time ago and moved to Orlando at Mills and Colonial. Then to Correen Drive near the NTC. Well after much discussion and a need for more space the moved to 6006 E. Colonial Drive about 8 years ago and changed the name to Sci Fi City. About 4 years ago the store was purchased by a owner out of Knoxville who now has 3 stores; Orlando, Knoxville and Cincinnati.
Well, as you can guess I have been a customer of the store since the early 70's.

Rampaging Furioso Blood Angel Dreadnought

WOW, talk about a trip back in the wayback machine. I bought my first blood angels ever in 1701-D while I was going to nuke school on that naval base. My second set of 40k models ever, back in '94. As I recall, it was a great place to game, although one of the guys working there shafted me on some magic cards. I learned "caveat emptor" the hard way. Man, what memories...
