Right now it says, "Devastating Dark Reaper." Can I custom-make it?

Yes.

Go to the list in the top right corner of yur screen- You'll see your name.
Click on it
Takes you to your profile page.
Under your avatar on the left there is a brown writing that says to click to edit your profile or something similar)
Click on it.
Takes you to you nuts and bolts of your profile.
In the second section of the list, thirds line down you'll fine the army tracker- change to which one you want (I'm Blood Angels).
Save changes.

If you can't do it I can do it for you as a mod.

and if you mean 'can I put anything there at all' then yes you can edit it to say anything you want, but ONLY if you are a DCM as it is one of the DCM perks. Click on 'services' then 'DCM' in the navigation in the top right to learn more.
