I was thinking allot of people are starting to play orks now (or the ork players are just coming out of the woodwork) so i want to start a campaign of every army vs orks. IG maries choas eldar tau demons ect all gearing up to fight a bunch of different ork lists. Now I'd imagine allot of people brining anti-horde stuff but how you would gear up with the intention of fighting orks and how would you ork players gear up to fight these other armies? I'd probably bring allot of anti-MEQ stuff and shy away from horde lists hopefully making their stuff somewhat useless I.E flamers, blasts ect. What do you think?

After serving in a 'big gunz' regiment Grots often loose their hearing and have to resort to a rudimentary system of sign language. This is rarely successful as there are only so many signs a Grot can carry.

Suffused with the dying memories of Sanguinus, the warriors of the Death Company seek only one thing: death in battle fighting against the enemies of the Emperor. |

I mainly play eldar at the moment. There is no-one in my group that play's Ork horde however if they did here is how I'd play it. I'd have 3 X 3 man Dark reaper squads with exarchs with tempest launcher with crack shot. These are great units not just good against Orks they are great against Meq's as well. I'd have 3 squads of 10 striking scorpians for counter assault. These squads would be a counter to any boys squads that make it to my lines. I'd also have 1 or 2 squads of 10 wraithguards as troops to fan out in front of my lines with attached conceal warlocks to soak up the initial assaults. Any points I'd have left I'd fill with dire avengers with exarch's with defend and Bladestorm for anti horde work. These would sit behind the Wraithguard front line. If I had any points left over (depending on the points) I'd have warp spiders to be a constantly falling back front line. You could add Eldrad/farseers to help your gunline. This would work against horde Ork armies IMHO however is lacking in anti armour.
