i have a list that i was wondering how good it would do competitively

If your Lord is going to challenge with the speculum then give him the Armour of Tarnus and a barded warhorse 4+AS, 5+WS makes him more survivable, drop the icon

Why Luthor Huss? A regular warrior priest w HA Hammer of Might and Icon on a Barded steed gives the same with a better save

Two scrolls rather than the seal

detachments should be 9 strong (field 3x3)

drop the prophet and get another flagellant and field them 3x7 for max attacks

Drop both Knight banners, make one IC and give them the war banner

Drop the Hellblaster for another cannon or maybe some pistoliers to hunt warmachines/roll flanks

Drop the magic banner from the BSB, give him meteoric iron and sword of battle or striking
