If you're willing to drive a little further there's 40k to be had at Sarge's Comics in New London, CT. People play 40k there on Wednesdays after 4 and on Saturdays after 12.

You'll usually find at least a couple people up for pick-up games, it's not a huge club or really organized it all, but it's great fun.
