I recently emailed in an order 20 days ago to nate at BK. There were a few direct only items on there (Tau RI Force, Sonic Weapons bitz) the rest were either sprue or box sets. What I'm asking is, has anyone else done an order such as this with a long turn around time waiting for their order? I've already sent 2 emails asking for some type of report on what is going on, but have yet to receive one in over 30 hours. This is after first inquiring on the 2nd of Sept about the order and then waiting a full week of hearing nothing.

I've tried to place three bitz order with them but every time they don't have the bitz I want in stock so the order never happens. As to e-mail responses, I think it usually took Nate a day or two to get back to me.

I had similar experience where it took them a week to return my email. They never replied to my 2nd email.

Since I've never purchased anything from them as a result YMMV.

Nate is replies within a day or so, in my experience. And on the one occasion some items were out of stock, the rest was sent as soon as possible. I'm waiting for the new marine stuff to hit his shop to place another big order.

I've ordered twice with no issues. It was a while back though.

Yes, I've heard lots of praise, and decided to go with his business for my order but so far I am mightily unimpressed.

I just placed a large order for some WHFB stuff... I'll let you know how it goes (he said it'd take a week longer since he didn't have some of the items on-hand)

Nate is a pretty cool guy. just remember he's not a big company like warstore. hes a single guy with a couple of employees in a growing business.

I've dealt with him a few times, it can take him a little while but I've always managed to get my stuff. and at some of the best prices I've found on the net.
