I am currently looking for some advice on how to run an Eldar Mech list.

I bought four Wave Serpents, two Falcons, and two Fire Prisms. I do not know how to equip the Tanks, what to put in the Wave Serpents, and how to deploy the units.

I will play test them more and want to invite others to help me write a Mechanised Tactica for primarily Eldar, but all others are welcomed. I use to play Biel-Tan with at most three Tanks. Now I want to go Mechanised and give it a try. Thanks greatly for your advice in advance as you contribute to this novice grand experience from playing 40K.
