I can buy a DA codex that was published in 1999 dirt cheap. Is that the most recent codex? I see 52 point terminators and two assault cannons per squad, so my hunch says "no."

When is the most recently published DA codex dated?

I just assumed that Vulkan lead every chapter now.

Unless you want to play Deathwing or Ravenwing I'd say just save the $22 and wait until October and play green Ultramarines.
