I'm not really sure if this is the place to put this, or if I'm even allowed to do this, but there's an assault on black reach set on ebay right now for $40 including shipping.

That link of yours is to a set of just the marines from the box, and for $30, not 40.

yeah, but you can buy it now for $40 dollars instead of bidding for it. And even if its just marines, that's over 120 bucks worth of stuff.

Not really. Arguably it is, but the stuff is from black reach and therefore not multipart kits. The dread and termis can't be configured at all...

For me I would buy a new box of AOBR rather then half of his, but that is a personal oppinion...

Yeah, since getting back into the hobby recently, I decided to get the AOBR set. I got the amrines, the kids get the orcs. Being a noob all over again, I didn't realise (but should have, considering price) that these weren't the normal squads and units. Still, they have great detail, and there is at least some variety in the heads, weapons, poses, etc. It's pretty cost and time effective if you want to build up or expand an army quickly, at the expense of customization. It was worth my money, anyhow.

46 dollars for half of what you could get for 60 dollars.. and they charge 5 dollars shipping.. what a freaking ripoff.


if you go to his other items for sell, you notice that this item had a 35 dollar buyout at one point.. looks like someone got greedy..
