Subject: What better for my World Eaters army, Raptors or a Land Raider?
I have a long drive home for the time being and so I have a lot of time to think about things. I have 1500 points of World Eaters and want to kick it up to 2000 points eventually. I have it all planned out until the last 240 points. I've been talking with one of my friends about what's better for the points. A Land Raider with Daemonic Possession or a squad of Khorne Raptors. I have a very assault oriented army. The LR will be a fire magnet but whatever's shooting at the LR is ignoring my other units. Raptors could be used as interceptors but will draw a lot of fire too. I have a Pred and a Defiler as my other Heavies. Which do you prefer to use and what you think would be better for my army? I'll add an "other" choice but the option has to add up to 240 pts./ If this is the wrong spot I apologize.
