Somewhere in south-central England.

In my sig I have made a little emoticon of an Angry Marine giving a V sign. The sig file collapses multiple spaces as per usual HTML and will not recognise the non-breaking space special character (or else I am too old skool to know what to do) so he is flipping the V up by the top of his head not at chin level like I want.

How can I format my Angry emoticon better?
