Add a pic of my own. Yeah marine armies dominated. I played a chaos marine army "The forgotten sons of Istavaan", a marine army called "The Emperors Lions", and Blood Angels. Went 0-3 but had a blast.

Oh Yeah I played my Crimson Hawks(DIY marines)

Yes, Alot of MEQ....however, Jedi76, I know you had to get going, but had you stayed for another 5-10 minutes, you could have went home with your "Best Painted Army" trophy.

Thats right, your stuff looks amazing, so I have it with me if and when you want to get it.(I'll have it with me at HT on Sun.)

We're going to have to get you a camera with a macro mode for close up shots. Also you made one very big mistake, you got me in one shot. I was so happy I wasn't in any of them and then, boom there I was.

We had a pretty fair number of non marine armies I thought. I played Demons, there were two eldar, one ork, another Demon army, at least two chaos, one IG, two necron, two tau. Maybe more but about half marines. I was happy only playing marines once. The winner overall was a Chedar player (seer council, avatar, nine warwalkers, 2 dire avengers in wave serpents)

Yeah, I agree, but making 15 tables with 5 terrain pieces each was plenty expensive enough.....

Chaos did win...amazing isn't it? So, does that mean the Chaos codex works?

At least I called them back and made the correction.

When convention and science offer us no answers, might we not finally turn to the fantastic as a plausibility?

In 5th i know the codex works waaaay better than in 4th the ability to have good troop choices is huge. Oblits are still nasty even after nurfing.
