What is it like? Compared to say Los Angeles. Or is there no difference.

My impressions from all of two weeks visiting there;
The hills are as bad as shown in the movies. If driving, this is slightly unnerving if you aren't used to it. If walking, better not smoke or be obese .
The weather seemed very tempermental (high wind seemed to be a constant though!).
The most aggressive bum population in the US. I've visited several major cities (and lived in Boston)...and never experienced bums like San Fran bums....they are like time-share salesman on meth.

Yes, but what about ... for lack of a better expression ... sluts. Which city is better for ... sluts. Parties with lots of booze and sluts. Not to put too fine a point on it. Or should I just stick with Las Vegas, or should this be moving to the nefarious OT Zone. Actually you know what I should do is find a party school. Seems like Washington of all places is a big party city.
I'm just going to add this, I have been in school for 10 years.

Oh..haha well that's outside my realm of experience. I visited the city as a married man! I can't imagine you will find a city more open to the sins than Vegas though (Perhaps S. Korea as a distance student...).
But since you are interested in 'loose women'...
/ DC has the third highest AIDS rate in the United States

Any big university town.
Get a job in the IT support department. Not too well paid but pretty secure and half the work during holiday time.
You can prey on freshers until your late 20s without being too much of a dirty old man.
If there isn't a wargames club, start one and get the students' union to sponsor it.

The Phoenix metro area is well and truly teeming with very beautiful women. ASU is a literal god-send to the sexually frustrated. Not sure about the computer job market, but I imagine the high percentage of start-up businesses make it fairly sound.
There's also the old California standby. UCLA, Cal, and Stanford all feature the fairer sex while being the traditional hotbed (especially Stanford) for the tech industry.

I was thinking more like C.E.O. . That, and I look young for my age. Speaking of which maybe I have been too hard on the botox ladiez, there could be something to that stuff.
Why is Washington such a party town, anyway. Too many la-dee-da singles.

It's not so easy just to walk into a CEO position. If that is your ambition, a university is probably a good place to be anyway as you will have easy access to lots of useful research materials and equipment. Choose a university close to the IT business and network.
If, like the FriendsReunited guy, the Facebook guy and the Yahoo guy, you manage to create the next Internet big thing, my advice is to sell out at the right time, when M$ offer you $30 dollars per share, shortly before your shares tank.
However that is my cynicism talking. I hope you manage to create something of lasting value.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.
