Anybody out there played in one of the fantasy doubles tournaments that gw has been having to start off GT weekends?

The rules posting on the gw site is a little sparse. Is there a full set anywhere out there? My concern is mainly how separate are the two armies? Can one 'army' use the others general/bsb?

Also what about power and dispel dice? Does each 'army' generate its own 2 per phase, or is it each side generates two?
