I suck at painting eyes (25 years of playing drums has left me with shaky hands) so I just dont paint them. Anyway check it out. The gallery also has painted minis from other members of HQ the Club for SpineSpur, 40k, Fantasy, Wargods and others...

Shaky hands, my brown bottom. They look good. Yuri looks a little undershaded
compared to his Manhunter guy. Also, do you like paint splatter (I'm guessing it's
drybrush) on the base? I'm talking around the edges. You might want to black it over
to emphasize the basing.

Still a little cleaning up to do That crap gets there when i do a final highlight after dull coat and my grubby little fingers. I need to pull all the models out, make finishing touches and dull coat again...

You're very thorough then. I assemble, base, prime all at once, paint, add whatever to the
base that doesn't need painting, then seal all at once. The fewer steps I need to take, the
more models I get done.
