Hi. I'm an orc player, and I've been reading the forums here for over a month. Even made a post some time ago to talk about how you fight tyranids.

I'm an orc player, and I play in a newly formed but regular group of players that field space marines, tau, tyranids, and necrons that is mostly made up of the kids in my house and neighborhood. Prior to this year, I had never played 40k, but I played quite a bit of fantasy battles a decade ago. Orcs and Goblins have a level of awesomeness that carried over into my preferred army for 40k.

My playstyle with my orcs has been strongly influenced by the dakka strategy section, though I don't always agree with the assessments of unit strengths given in the strategy guide. I owe dakka a thank you, because to date, using methods encouraged in the strategy section, I have had a 100% win ratio.

I'm always interested in learning new things, particularly where it concerns orks, but as always, learning about the things you have to kill is fun as well.
