heroes first - don't like the kit on your BSB, either give him full plate and a barded warhorse or meteoric iron. Also sword of battle is nice, no magic banner cause I don't really like any

Priest is fine, I like hammer of might but the rest is good, give him a shield

Scroll caddy should be lvl1

Don't like the wizard lord, you've got him tooled for combat which is where you DON'T want him. I like empire magic but then you almost need 3 casters to make it work effectively, two casters can be shut down by most armies

I like swordsmen in units of 25 for extra security, I always run my detachments in blocks of 9 (3x3), usually don't need two detachments for the infantry

drop the standards from the handgunners, easy points for the enemy

drop the outriders from the pistoliers and take another pistolier, makes them more resilient and has just as many shots

break your knights into 2 units, preferably of 6 each cause right now your paying 130 pts for +1cr that is lost with one casualty, two units of 6 gives you two hammers to use with your two anvil units and two bait and flee with the pistoliers

cannon is fine
