with the success of this starter set ( well atleast from the happy buyer's point of view )

can we expect nice looking none static starter set to appear in the future?
if yes, around when might we see new 40k , and Fantasy ones?
( sorry i dont keep track what year they come out in )

Fantasy Stater sets have so far been...

High Elves and Goblins
Bretonnians and Lizardmen
Empire and Orks
Dwarves and Night Goblins

Although it's usual to see the greenskins pop up in the sets, actual content tends to depend on what army books are due for release in that period. Hence Warhammer Armies Bretonnians and Lizardmen followed shortly after the release of that set.

As for quality, AoBR is indeed the best set so far, so you would hope they could continue the trend for the future. That said, some iffy sculpts do keep popping up from time to time.

Edit - I would add that the last edition of Fantasy appeared in 2007, so there will probably be another couple of years until the next edition/stater set.

The normal release cycle is every 4 years, however 3rd ed 40k was around forever.

There are still heaps of WHFB armies to be released before the new rules come out.
