Well i've just completed MGS4 for the first time and definitely not the last

To all who have played it and finished it i just wondered a couple of things

Did you think that all the story arcs introduced in the series were tied up nicely and everything made sense? - personally for me yes but im interested to hear what other people think

and what are your favorite parts of the series?

When you give total control to a computer, it’s only a matter of time before it pulls a Skynet on you and you’re running for your life.

I can definetly tell you my favorite part of the series:

The fight with Psycho Mantis; Metal Gear Solid.

No boss fight, from any videogame, even begins to come close to Psycho Mantis (Even if all the tricks are kind of laughable by today's standards). Period.

Pain is an illusion of the senses, Despair an illusion of the mind.

The Tainted - Pending

I sold most of my miniatures, and am currently working on bringing my own vision of the Four Colors of Chaos to fruition

i personally think everything was tied up quite nicely, i mean, we find out what happens to raiden (the abomination that he was in the first place to the series) and of course, he was one of the smallest portions of the entire MGS series. Of course, there are enough conspiracy theories in there to make even the harest conspiracy theorists' head blow up... gotta love it

and my favorite part of the game has to either be fighting Psycho Mantis, or the Metal Gear battle, when you pilot Rex vs. Ray
