Edit: OK, on your forum it's 1750 points. Got it, but that's about all I found.
More questions:
Allowable armies?
Must be painted?
Entry fee?

All standard codex armies are allowed as well as the WD blood angels list. Armor Company and EOT list are not allowed.
Armies must at least have a 3 color paint job
There will be no entry fee.
No special house rules will be in effect.
