So I saw on the GW site,the different new ork armies,and the grot bots the one dude made look awesome and I wanted to build my own.So I was wondering if there are rules for them or if they "count as" grot

It probably gives them an invulnerable. Probably, how orks can get cybork

Scroll down to the bottom and click on the stompa,those weird things around it are the grots.

never mind my I solved my own mystery through not reading the article propely,I missed the part that says "simply a unit of gretchin when he uses them".Soz for the the bother,but they are really cool.

lol, they're awesome! If I were you I'd count them as cyborks, except on a grot level. Maybe a 6+ invulnerable.

with Mad Doc Grotsnik you can get cy-grots with a 5++ save, costs more than 2 gretchin but you can do it...

also looks like they're made from epic ork dreadnaughts

Somehow I have trouble beleiving a grot being invulnerable to anything, no matter what you do to it. You could kill those things by stepping on them.
