Sure:

Seriously, there's no Warhammer 40k or Fantasy model called the Deathstar. More information is needed before processing your request (and please use some capital letters!).

There's this really good invention called "The Google". You can type in the name of something and it looks it up for you.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

A "deathstar" is a unit (from any race) that is extremely large and tough to kill. You may have more luck asking in the fantasy forum, as it is usually a term associated with warhammer fantasy more than 40k.

An example being a unit of blood knights led by several vampires all maxed out on magic items and banners.

Seriously, we have no idea what you're referring to, and we're assuming it's not the planet-killing space station from Star Wars.

Also, please don't use text speak here on Dakka. Type out the full words.

It's a fundamentally flawed idea for Fantasy, where you sink a stupendous amount of points on a single unit, then whilst fielding it, remember it can only take on one unit a time, and your opponent can avoid it all too easily, and instead pick on the depeleted and weakened remains of your army.

I'd get used to it. Smart ass comments are the norm here, especially when somebody pops in and asks assinine questions.

The idea is that it takes extra effort and time to write properly, and they’d rather save the time. If you can still be understood, what’s the harm? It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. By making this effort, you can often elicit more positive responses from the community, and instantly mark yourself as someone worth talking to.

How bored can someone be to actually grab a cell phone and work that out.

It can work with certain armies.

Examples:
Thebain Phalanx
Reman Legions

This is a local player that visits many of the Texas tournaments, and generally wins the majority of his games. He also has an undead Brett army that is semi deathstar.

I think the fundamental problem is that people assume that every army book has a deathstar, and that deathstars are automatically good. Deathstars only work if there is a smart general behind it, and a strong support for that unit (wards, stubborn, attacks, etc)

There's no official model for Deathstar, I used a revel model, build a base out of plasticard and even added a small 'trench' for fighters to fly into.

But I do hear that when Codex Deathstar comes out the models will be amazing, the fluff will be awesome and everyone will want to start a Deathstar army.
