I live in Iowa.

I accepted a conversion and assembly commission for a custom Bloodthirster based on the existing metal model. The customer simply wanted a two-handed weapon, with an aggressive stance, a new tabbard, and a base big enough for him. He paid me partially for the job, sent me the figure, praised the work I had done, and then never paid the rest of the commission. Well, 5 months have gone by, and after sparse contact whereby the customer essentially wished me the best of luck, I have elected to part with this beauty.

Here it is:

As there has been a lot of time, love, and detail work put into this miniature, I value it higher than the standard, in-the-box Bloodthirster. Time is money, and it is a custom assembly.

The great customer base of these fan sites will get dibs before the eBay crowd, so have at it!

By the way, I am looking for $$$, Tyranids, and/or Space Marines. I prefer models that are not assembled or painted.

Oh yeah, asking $75, or similar in trade. Negotiations more than welcome!

For those who are wondering whether or not the guy may randomely contact me after I sell this model, the customer told me "I'm sure you could get something for it on eBay...", and then a story about how he doesn't have much money anymore.

I'm not going to judge him or condemn him for it. He did cover the cost of the model at least. So I wish him the best, but it's time to move on from this project.

I have had this question come up, so I wanted to clarify it for everybody. The miniature is my property.
