Well,my better half, or at least better looking half is showing a bit of interest in starting an army of her own,basicly a CSM Slaanesh army that she would like to include daemons in.
I'm attempting to come up with some ideas that A. she will enjoy painting,modeling etc and B. she wont lose every game she plays.
So far I'm considering these models as a start:
A Daemon prince
4 sqauds of CSM
2 Rhinos
A Defiler
1 sqaud of daemonette
I have never done a slaanesh based army so I'm a bit unsure about these choices or what to add to them,anyone out there have any pointers?

That's a really solid base. I'd consider some noise marines instead of CSM boxes, but also... maybe you should buy the minimum required (say DP, 2x CSM/noise marines, daemonettes) and then see how she takes to painting them and playing with them before going whole-hog.

Something you might consider is buying up these Berzerker heads, as they make great inexpensive Noise Marine helmets when you snip off the bunny ears of Khorne.

Those zerker heads look like they would fit nicely once the've been de-bunnied.
and I definatly agree with willydstyle in starting slow and letting her get a feel for her army.
Speaking of noise marines I did'nt see any on the GW site and I think they would make a good choice,does GW still have the boxed noise marines or am I going to need to search for them?

There is a box set, but it only comes with 3 sonic weapons if I recall: two sonic blasters and a blast master.

Alternatively, you can buy CSM boxes, and get the noise marine conversion pack, which has 5 sonic blasters and a blast master.

6 noise marines with 5 sonic blasters and a blast master is a fun unit I've been using to great success.

Yes I recall seeing the boxed noise marines a few years back,but had'nt seen any recently.
I do like your idea of converting CSMs and since you've said you have had success with the 5 sonic blaster/blastmaster set up I belive I will run the idea past her...heck she has a thing for guys with guitars anyway.

If she likes those old minis, look them up on e-bay! I love the old noise marines that have actual guitars with bolters attached and mohawks. They even have ear-rings attached to the ear-pieces of their helmets... let me see if I can find a picture.
