So, I'm planning to go to the Realm in Brea, and I was wondering if anyone was up for 1000 points of Fantasy or 40k (Dark Elves and Orks) on March 7.

The 7th is the SoCal Slaughter, and a lot of the regular players will be over there that day. I'd take you up on the offer, but I'll be out also.

The store owner Jon and/or Austin would definitely play you though if it wasn't too busy.

The Southern California Games Workshop League is pleased to announce that we are now beginning sign ups for the “Slaughter In Space”, the SCGWL’s 40K Indy GT, and an Official part of the Games Workshop Tournament Circuit. The Slaughter is a two day, 2000 pt battle to the death over 5 grueling games. The event is March 6-8th at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center. This is a great venue that provides a kitchen and wet bar for our use, as well as a huge gaming floor and private patio. Food and beverages will be available, and yes, that includes beer.

We will also have several vendors, plus other guests hosting painting and other hobby related events & displays.

Friday March 6th 12-6PM Registration, Open Gaming, & other events to be announced.
6PM till “Ouch” Mixer at the Embassy Suites hotel bar.

Saturday March 7th 8:30 Registration. Starts at 9AM.

The event is $60 for both days ($55 if you are a member of the SCGWL or The Chosen Gaming Club). To sign up email your contact information & army list to Commissioner@SCGWL.com. If you wish to pay via Paypal, you can send it to Pay@SCGWL.com. If paying by Paypal please include an additional $2 per entry to cover the Paypal costs.
