...can we stick them into a sub-category (like Warhammer 40,000, WHFB, etc.)?

Not a bad idea, but we are still testing out the idea of a tutorials forum, so we'll see how that goes first.

Do we really need to divide things further? It seems to me that three modeling forums is probably more than enough, and if we divided each of those into sub-forums, it seems like a lot of really cool stuff that isn't WHFB or W40k might get passed over more than it already does, which would be a shame.

It's not sub forums, he just means a separate heading so that it is not all under 'general discussion' in the forum home page. Yak and I have discussed splitting forums up as you describe hordini and we are consistently against it precisely for the reasons you specify.

Oh! Sorry, I got it now.
I'm glad we're on the same page with the sub-forums too though.

Whoa, when did the third Modeling forum go live?
Pretty cool, are these tied to articles (or being made into articles)?

Most stuff there will be converted into articles at some point (dont know about grey_death's stuff, havent asked for permission to archive that yet as that is hosted on another site already). We made the forum to encourage people to submit their own tutorials in a format they are familiar with as many people dont know how to use the wiki still.

Well, not a lot to add but kudos on the Tutorials forum. It's already helpful to me.
