Is their customer service number toll free calling from the states? My order had missing pieces and I want to know if I'll be spending even more by calling them or not. Thanks!

Yes, it'll cost you to call them.

They don't respond to e-mails about orders, I doubt they'll respond to e-mails about short orders...
