Like some folks, I've ghosted here for awhile. Today is the day for a first post!

I've got a fully painted Guard army, and I bought more Sisters of Battle minis than I know what to do with for $250 off a guy who had even MORE than more Sisters than he knew what to do with. So hopefully someday I can start a WIP blog on painting them up, even though it doesn't seem like they're all that popular.

I'm also deployed to Afghanistan, and miss playing the game quite a bit, so I've been ghosting the WIPs and galleries. Most of the work is gorgeous and I really want to take my painting to the next level, since I can't exactly play a whole lot of games here. I'm still at the "fairly good at washes and drybrushing" beginner stage, but I'd like to get into inks, weathering, and all that good ju-ju.
