Hello, I am a Dawn of War PC player recently turned Table Top. I hope to be posting questions (and eventually advice) soon. I am in the middle of creating my space marine army. I want it to be Samurai themed, in name and symbol at least, and later on, when I'm better at painting/modeling, their appearance.

Hello! Samurai themed, that is wonderful! Space Marines following bushido would be unique but very appropriate! Don't worry too much about the conversions early on, other groups like the White Scars don't have heavy ethnic detailing on their power armor. But it would be neat to give some katana power swords...or maybe make a mark 7 marine helmet into a Kabuto? Oh! Sashimono back banners, that would be cool And banzai rising sun headbands on the helmets and...

Same here lol I find an IG samurai theme would work slightly better but SM would still be cool. I play SM and Orks ftr lol
