K this question is for anyone that bought the AT-43 Initiation Set Operation Damocles

I heard that the fire toads in it have defecting dent in their leg , is this true?

also does anyone have available close up photos of the contents?

My only toad is second hand from the box set. I've seen no issues with it.

No problems with the toad, well and the usual statistical one might have a sink hole somwhere, but nothing to write home about.
